Turkey Divan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. flour
2 c. chicken stock
1/2 c. undiluted evaporated milk, whipped
salt and pepper
fresh broccoli, cooked
12 slices turkey breast (or use leftover meat)
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

In saucepan, melt margarine and blend in flour.
Gradually add chicken stock and cook, stirring, until thick and smooth.
Then cook over low heat, stirring frequently 10 minutes.
Fold in whipped evaporated milk (see below) and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Arrange broccoli and turkey slices in a broiler proof pan that has been sprayed with Pam.
Cover with sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
Put under preheated broiler until brown and bubbly.
Yields 6 servings.
