Oreo Cookie Ice Cream Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bag Oreo cookies, crushed
    1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened
    1 (12 oz.) jar fudge sauce
    1 large container Cool Whip
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    In an 11 x 13-inch pan put the following:
    Spread (all but 1/2 cup) the crushed cookies on bottom of pan; layer the ice cream evenly onto cookies.
    Pour fudge sauce on ice cream; spread container of Cool Whip on top of sauce.
    Sprinkle nuts and remaining cookies on top.
    Freeze.
    Remove from freezer 5 minutes before serving.
