Baked Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, cut up
    4 Tbsp. butter
    green onions
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 can beef bouillon soup
    1 can mushrooms
    3 1/2 oz. water
Preparation
    In saucepan, melt butter and saute onions and rice about 5 minutes. Add bouillon soup and 3 1/2 ounces of water. Bring to a boil. Add sausage and drained mushrooms. Transfer to a covered baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
