"Real" Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    2 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. Accent or m.s.g.
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. catsup (14 oz. bottle)
    3/4 c. beef broth
    3 1/2 lb. shredded roast beef (chuck; cook until meat falls off bone)
Preparation
    Cook beef and sauce separately.
    Simmer sauce at least 45 minutes.
    Shred beef in deep bowl.
    Pour over beef and let set overnight.
