5 Minute Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 2/3 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 oz. miniature marshmallows (2 c.)
6 oz. semi sweet chocolate pieces (1/2 c.)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine margarine, milk, sugar and salt in a heavy pan over medium heat.
Bring to a boil, cook around 4 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly (start timing when mixture starts to bubble around edges of pan).
Remove from heat.
Stir in marshmallows, chocolate pieces, vanilla and nuts.
Stir vigorously for one minute until marshmallows melt and blend.
Pour into 8 inch square buttered pan and cool then cut in squares.
