Baked Ziti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. pkg. ziti
2 jars spaghetti sauce with meat (Ragu meat sauce works well)
1 (8 oz.) Ricotta cheese
1 large (2 c.) pkg. grated Mozzarella cheese
1 egg, beaten
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook ziti as usual.
Mix the egg into the Ricotta cheese. Grease 9 x 12-inch baking pan.
Begin layering ingredients.
First layer of ziti, second layer meat sauce.
Top that with dollops of Ricotta, then Mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of Mozzarella.
Then start layering again, ending up with the Parmesan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 approximately 1 hour, depending on your oven.
Do not overbake.
(Leave uncovered unless top begins browning too much.)
