Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked, diced squash
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. fine chopped onion
    3/4 c. grated medium sharp cheese
    1/8 tsp. lemon pepper
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Cover with 3/4 cup crushed saltine crackers that have been mixed with 1 tablespoon melted margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
