Andagi(Okinawan Doughnuts) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    3 eggs
    1 c. milk
    oil
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar and baking powder.
    Beat eggs in a separate bowl and add milk.
    Fold in the milk mixture with the dry ingredients.
    Do not mix too much.
    With a teaspoon, scoop the dough and drop the ball-shaped dough into hot oil, about 350\u00b0.
    As dough rises to the top of the oil, turn the dough around to brown the Andagi evenly.
