Mike Hughes' Quick Ginger Baked Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (55 oz.) can baked beans (your pick; I like B & M)
1 medium onion
1/2 lb. bacon
1 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. ginger teriyaki sauce
1/4 c. barbecue sauce (your pick; I like Masterpiece)
Preparation

Drain the juice from the beans and discard.
Chop onion coarsely and saute in the butter.
Microwave the bacon (not quite crisp).
Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan (if you are in a hurry) or covered baking dish (if you've got more time). Simmer on the stove top for 15 minutes or bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes (the longer they cook, the better they are).
