Reuben Ham Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slice rye bread
    2 tsp. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    6 slices Swiss cheese
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
    6 slices cooked ham
Preparation
    Spread mayonnaise on six slices and spread mustard on remaining slices. Layer 1 cheese slice, 3 tablespoons of sauerkraut and 1 ham slice on bread and mayonnaise; top with other bread.
    Place on a baking sheet and broil four inches from heat (with electric oven door partially opened) two minutes on each side or until cheese melts.
    Yield:
    6 sandwiches.
