Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
3 c. oatmeal
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. raisins or nuts

Preparation

Cream together the sugars and shortening.
Mix all ingredients together.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
