Turkey Tetrazzini (Or Chicken) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. thin sliced celery
    3 cans Cream of Celery soup
    2 cans. chicken broth
    8 oz. sliced mushrooms
    1 can green peas
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan
    1 lb. cooked spaghetti
    1 1/2 lb. turkey or chicken chunks
    2 Tbsp. butter
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion, bell pepper, celery in 2 Tbsp. butter.
    Stir in soup and broth.
    Cook until hot.
    Stir in meat, mushrooms, peas and cheese.
    Cook 2 minutes.
    Season with pepper and add spaghetti. Transfer to casserole.
