Apple Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1 (23 oz.) jar chunky applesauce
1 1/4 c. hot water
1/4 c. margarine, melted
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla extract
4 c. French bread cubes
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
whipped cream
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In large bowl, beat eggs.
Add sweetened condensed milk, applesauce, water, margarine, cinnamon and vanilla.
Stir in bread and raisins, completely moistening bread.
Turn into buttered 9-inch square pan.
Bake 1 hour or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Cool.
Serve warm with whipped cream.
Garnish as desired.
Refrigerate leftovers.
