Tuna Florentine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    2 Tbsp. minced onions
    1 (12 1/2 oz.) can tuna
    6 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
Preparation
    Squeeze spinach to remove excess water.
    Spread spinach evenly in bottom of 2 quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with onion, tuna, and eggs.
    Mix soup and sour cream together.
    Pour over eggs.
    Mix melted margarine with bread crumbs and sprinkle evenly over casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes until brown and bubbly.
    Serve with warm fresh bread.
