Cherry Berry In The Snow - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 egg whites
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. cream cheese
2 pkg. Dream Whip, prepared according to directions
2 c. mini marshmallows
1 pkg. frozen strawberries
1 can cherry pie filling
1 tsp. lemon juice

Preparation

Start the day before serving.
Heat oven to 275\u00b0.
Beat egg whites, tartar and salt until frothy.
Gradually add 1 3/4 cups sugar.
Beat until stiff and glossy.
Spread in 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake for 1 hour.
Turn off oven and leave in oven until cool.
