Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. finely chopped ham, salami or Prosciutto
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Heat water and shortening to a rolling boil in saucepan.
    Stir in flour all at once.
    Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms a ball, about 1 minute.
    Remove from heat, beat in egg thoroughly.
    Beat mixture until smooth and velvety.
    Mix in cheese and meat.
    Drop by teaspoons on lightly greased baking sheet.
    Bake 25 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
    Makes about 30 puffs.
