Ingredients

1/2 lb. dried apricots
cold water
2 Tbsp. Knox gelatine
1 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
2 c. quick oats
about 1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. coconut
1/3 c. mini chocolate chips
2/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil (can use part butter)
3 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Stir first 8 ingredients together and make a well in the center.
Slowly add oil and milk, that have been mixed together in the measuring cup.
Stir and pat and press into a 9-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
