Watergate Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    3 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 sticks oleo
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
    2/3 c. powdered sugar
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 large pkg. Cool Whip, divided
    2 small pkg. instant pudding (pistachio or French vanilla)
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    1st Layer:
    Mix with hands and pat into a 9 x 13-inch pan: flour, sugar, oleo and pecans.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until light brown.
