Caren'S Country Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 slices white bread, crust trimmed and cut into cubes
    10 oz. sharp white Cheddar, shredded
    8 eggs
    4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Layer bread in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Add cheese.
    Mix together the eggs, milk and mustard; beat.
    Pour over bread and cheese.
    Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes; check with toothpick.
    It should come out dry.
    Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
