Ozark Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 well beaten egg
    3/4 sugar (beaten into egg)
    2 rounded Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. broken pecans
    1 c. chopped apples
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients together well.
    Pour into buttered pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
