Chinese Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 cut up chickens or skinned chicken breasts only (8 pieces or so)
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. catsup
    7 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. vinegar
    2 cloves garlic
Preparation
    Mix sugar, catsup, soy sauce, vinegar and garlic.
    Pour over chicken in casserole.
    Cover.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or more. Serve with wild rice or white rice.
    Put a little sauce on it. This is very tasty.
