Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
1 medium onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 pkg. (6 to 8) flour tortillas
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. hot taco sauce
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
8 oz. pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
In a skillet, saute onion in melted butter until tender.
Add ground beef and brown, draining off excess liquid.
Set aside.
In saucepan, heat beans until warm, then combine with beef.
In one tortilla, place 1/4 cup of meat mixture and roll up, placing seam side down in baking dish.
Continue until all tortillas are filled.
Combine next 4 ingredients and heat in saucepan until hot.
Pour over tortillas.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
