Daikon Salad(Servings: 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 daikon (Japanese white radishes)
    1 chicken thigh, cut into strips
    1 Tbsp. sesame seed, parched
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sesame oil
    1 dash pepper to taste
    1 dash monosodium glutamate
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 head Boston lettuce (garnish)
Preparation
    Boil chicken for 20 minutes and cut into long thin strips after cooking.
    Pare the radishes and cut into half and then into thin strips.
    Sprinkle salt over and drain after a few minutes. Mix seasonings and dress them with radishes and chicken.
    Place the lettuce leaves on the plate and in the center of it.
    Sprinkle sesame seed over the top.
