Blueberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jell-O
2 c. hot water
1 pkg. Knox gelatine
1/2 c. cold water
1 c. sugar
1 c. half and half cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. boiling water
1 can blueberries, including juice
Preparation

Mix 1 package of raspberry Jell-O and 2 cups of hot water; set in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
Dissolve Knox gelatine in 1/2 cup of cold water, then add sugar, half and half cream, cream cheese, pecans and vanilla.
Pour this over the raspberry Jell-O.
