Barbecue Chuck Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chuck roast (3 to 7 lb.)
    2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    3 Tbsp. celery salt
    1 medium onion, quartered
    1/4 to 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    In a 9 x 13-inch pan, place meat. Pour 2 tablespoons liquid smoke over roast.
    Sprinkle with celery salt and garlic powder. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
