Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    4 large cloves garlic, chopped
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    12 oz. tomato paste
    2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground pepper
    8 oz. lasagne noodles
    2 eggs
    3/4 lb. Ricotta or cottage cheese
    3/4 lb. grated Mozzarella
    grated fresh Parmesan
Preparation
    Cook ground beef, onion, garlic and parsley in olive oil until beef is brown.
    Add tomato paste, water, salt and pepper.
    Simmer 1 1/2 hours, stirring often.
    Cook lasagne as directed.
    Put 1/2-cup or more in large, shallow baking dish, then half of cooked lasagne, meat sauce, Ricotta and eggs (mixed), shredded Mozzarella.
    Repeat layers, ending with meat sauce.
    Sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10.
