Easiest Corn Fritters Ever - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. pancake mix
1 can cream-style corn
oil for deep frying
Preparation

Beat egg yolks slightly.
Stir in pancake mix and corn.
Fold in slightly beaten egg whites.
Drop by teaspoonfuls into hot oil. Fry until golden brown.
Drain.
Serve with syrup.
Makes about 40.
