No Crust Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    2 c. milk
    3/4 stick margarine, melted
    3/4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded coconut
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl and stir until blended well.
    Spray two 9-inch pie pans with no-stick cooking spray (Pam).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes until golden brown.
