Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    2/3 c. water (maybe more or less)
    2 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. paprika
    1 round tsp. sage
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck; drain off all liquid, then add water and the rest of the ingredients.
    Cook on low for 1 hour.
