Ginger Cake - cooking recipe

1 c. butter
1/2 c. honey
3/4 c. molasses
3 eggs
3 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 c. boiling water
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Butter a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Cream the butter for 2 minutes.
Add honey and molasses.
Cream mixture for 2 minutes longer.
Beat in eggs, one by one.
Mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, ginger, cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg until well combined.
Stir mixture units the batter alternately with the boiling water.
Stir until smooth.
