Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix margarine, shortening, 1 1/2 cups sugar and eggs.
    Blend dry ingredients.
    Shape dough by rounded teaspoonfuls into balls. Mix 2 tablespoons sugar and the cinnamon.
    Roll balls into sugar-cinnamon mixture.
    Place 2 inches apart on ungreased sheets. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Remove from sheets immediately.
