Special Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. iceberg lettuce
3 c. romaine lettuce
8 strips bacon, fried and crumbled
1 c. salad oil
pinch of garlic powder
2 hard-cooked eggs, grated
1/2 c. croutons
1/2 c. diced onions
1 egg
3 Tbsp. vinegar
pinch of black pepper
Preparation

Dressing:
In blender, puree onions.
Add whole egg and blend 2 minutes more.
Switching blender on and off, add oil in steady stream until mixture thickens.
On medium speed, blend in vinegar. Add garlic and pepper.
Blend 10 seconds more.
Chill.
