Mom'S Chestnut Stuffing(Enough For A 14 To 16 Pound Turkey - 11 Cups) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. chestnuts
    1 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    8 c. soft bread crumbs
Preparation
    In a large pan, melt butter.
    Cook celery, onion and seasonings (about 10 minutes).
    Mix with bread crumbs and chestnuts.
    Stuff in turkey.
