Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash
    1 carrot, minced fine
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1 pkg. corn bread stuffing
    1 minced medium onion
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Cook squash until tender; drain.
    Add onion and carrot to squash; add the sour cream.
    Melt margarine and mix with 1/2 of corn bread stuffing.
    Reserve 1/2 for top.
    Place squash mixture in casserole dish.
    Put reserved stuffing on top, then the cup of soup on top of stuffing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
