Tom'S Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
3 oz. Blue cheese
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. red wine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. minced onion
2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Blend all ingredients. Form into ball and chill. When firm, coat with a mixture of chopped nuts and sesame seed, lightly toasted.
