Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. dry bread cubes
    3 c. scalded milk
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. raisins
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    nuts, if desired
Preparation
    Soak bread cubes in milk.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Pour into a greased casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in a pan of hot water for about 45 minutes.
    Serve hot or cold.
