Ingredients

12 oz. 7-Up (regular or diet)
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. oil
3 c. Bisquick
Preparation

Put all ingredients into blender container. Process by pulsing (on-off) at high speed until smooth, about 2 minutes. Let batter stand for 10 minutes before using. Allow 1/4 cup batter for each 6-inch round pancake prepared on hot, lightly greased griddle. Makes 16 pancakes.
