Zucchini Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced unpeeled zucchini
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes or fresh
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    2 eggs, beaten
    8 oz. shredded Mozzarella
    10-inch pie crust
Preparation
    Cook zucchini and onion in butter until soft.
    Add seasonings. In large bowl, beat eggs; add cheese and zucchini mixture. Spread 1 to 2 teaspoons mustard on crust, then mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Can use 8 ounces crescent dinner rolls for crust in 10-inch pie plate or 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
