Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked and diced chicken
2 c. diced celery
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sliced water chestnuts
1/2 c. slivered almonds
2 tsp. grated onion
1 c. crushed potato chips
1/2 c. grated American cheese
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients except chips and cheese. Sprinkle them over top of mixture and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
