Oriental Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. 3/4-inch lean pork chunks
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. pepper flakes
    2 tsp. instant minced onion
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1/4 tsp. ground mustard
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. honey
Preparation
    Dredge pork chunks flour in and garlic salt.
    Brown well in oil.
    Drain.
    Add 1 1/2 cups water, pepper flakes, instant minced onion, catsup, ground mustard, soy sauce and ginger.
    Simmer 25 minutes.
    Combine cornstarch, 1 tablespoon water and honey.
    Stir into pork mixture.
    Bring to a boil; cook 1 minute.
    Serve over cooked rice.
    Makes four 3/4 cup servings.
