Mystery Pecan Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Using mixer, blend cream cheese with sugar, 1 egg, salt and vanilla until smooth.
Spread in pie crust. Sprinkle with pecans.
