Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 c. cooked chicken, torn apart
1 large onion, chopped
1 large green pepper, sliced
1 large tomato, quarter slices
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
chicken stock
cornstarch for thickening
4 to 6 c. cooked rice
Preparation

Put chicken in stock with onion and green pepper.
Let simmer until onion and pepper are soft.
Add soy sauce and slices of tomato.
Let simmer until tomato is soft.
Mix cornstarch with a little cold water and stir into chicken mixture to thicken.
Pour over rice and serve.
Serves 4 to 6 people.
