Beef In Wine Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. boneless beef chuck, cut in 2 inch cubes
    4 cloves garlic, pureed
    2 cans (10 1/2 oz. each) condensed golden mushroom soup
    1 envelope (3/8 oz. pkg.) onion soup mix
    3/4 c. dry sherry
    1 can (8 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 bag (20 oz.) frozen sliced carrots
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Cook until meat is done.
    Serve over noodles.
