Chicken Fajita Pitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 regular pitas
    3 Tbsp. Mazola corn oil
    2 large garlic cloves, minced
    1 lb. boneless chicken cutlets, cut in thin strips
    1 large red pepper or green pepper, cut in strips
    1 large onion, sliced
    salsa (optional)
    sour cream (optional)
Preparation
    In large skillet, heat corn oil and garlic over medium-high heat.
    Add chicken and saute 4 minutes or until tender.
    Add peppers and onion; saute 4 minutes.
    Spoon chicken mixture on pitas.
    Top with salsa and sour cream, if desired.
    Fold pitas and enjoy.
    Makes 4 servings.
