Low-Fat Taco Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can pinto beans, drained
    1 can kidney beans, drained
    2 c. frozen corn
    1 c. picante mild, chunky sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. chili powder
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    4 c. water
    tortilla chips
    no-fat or low-fat cheese
Preparation
    Mix all together except chips and cheese.
    Simmer for 30 to 45 minutes or longer.
    Serve with chips and shredded cheese.
    Makes 8 servings.
