Barbecued Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pork chops
    1 tsp. salt
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    flour
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/3 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Coat pork chops with flour.
    Brown in oil in a Dutch oven. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl; mix well.
    Pour mixture over chops.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, covered.
