Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1 c. mashed bananas
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
    3 sticks butter or margarine, softened
    2 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. baking powder
    4 lb. flour or enough to make dough easy to handle
    1 pinch salt
    3 small buttermilk biscuits
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 stick butter, melted
Preparation
    Mix together sugar and cinnamon.
    Cut biscuits into quarters. Roll biscuit pieces in sugar and cinnamon.
    Put in lightly greased Bundt pan.
    Spread brown sugar on top.
    Pour melted butter over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
