Pecan Kisses - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 egg whites
1 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to 475\u00b0.
Beat egg whites very stiffly.
(Should look like white icing.)
Add sugar gradually while beating.
Add vanilla and fold in pecans.
Drop onto cookie sheet by teaspoon. Turn oven to 275\u00b0 and cook for 15 minutes.
