Rice Primavera - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/4 c. sliced green onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped red bell pepper
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 small bag white rice, cooked
1/4 c. grated Parmesan
1/4 c. frozen peas
1/4 c. shredded carrots
Preparation

In large skillet, cook mushrooms, onion, celery, bouillon and seasoning in margarine.
Add rice, cheese, peas and carrots; cook 5 minutes.
Refrigerate leftovers.
