Ingredients

5 c. finely chopped rhubarb
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. cherry Jell-O
Preparation

Put rhubarb in a big pan.
Pour sugar on top and stir, making sure all pieces are covered.
Let stand for 1 hour, stirring frequently.
Cook on top of stove for 12 minutes.
Remove from heat and add Jell-O.
Stir well.
Put in small canning jars.
